Hi, I’m Shannon. I’m an entrepreneur, East-coast-turned-West-coaster, wife and mom of two.
I got my start in 2010, two years out of college, when I launched my first company – a sustainable fashion brand for female travelers and minimalists. It was featured in The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, among other notable press – and it was profitable in its first year of business.
Then, in 2014, I switched focus from running a product-based brand and launched an online business called Factory45. This is the company I still run today, and I’ve spent the last 8+ years scaling our impact, hiring both employees and contractors, and growing our revenue by 2,900%.
So, I guess you could call CEO HOUR my “side hustle” ; ) But it’s what I love to do: getting the chance to deep dive with other CEOs who need an outside perspective, a firm but encouraging push and guidance in figuring out the next right step.
